I’m an experienced technical writer who loves turning large volumes of complex information into clear documentation that helps people get their work done more easily.

I embrace new AI tools with a human-centered approach. I actively engage with AI agents to gain insights and improve the clarity and usefulness of my documentation, while retaining full ownership of the final product.

Over the years, I’ve authored and maintained a variety of documentation, including:

• User manuals and how-to guides.
• Release notes.
• UI text.
• Company policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• API documentation and functional overviews.

I’m based in the Greater Vancouver Area.
